Ideally people between 17 - 25 who are making choices about their future pathways, however it is useful for anyone who is not sure what their career field should be or what their unique skills are - if in doubt get in touch.

The assessment used by Fastforward.me.uk is a self-assessment questionnaire designed to increase self-awareness and how an individuals’ personal preferences relate to different industries, types of work and cultures. Psychometric tests are often used by employers to objectively measure candidates’ cognitive abilities, attitudes, personality and knowledge. There are many different types of assessments.

There are 4 stages. There is a 10 minute online assessment, followed by a 75 minute coaching session over the telephone, or Zoom. This can all be set up and arranged within a few days, subject to availability. You will receive an individual report summary following your coaching session. The final stage is being given access to an online area, where you can access support materials and receive further advice from your coach. 

There's no need to do any preparation ahead of the questionnaire. The questions asked are about your natural preferences, there is no right or wrong answer.

Fastforward.me coaches have years of industry experience working in large and small businesses, making them ideally placed to help you understand how your unique set of skills can add value in the workplace.

No, the discussion we have is confidential and the report you receive is only sent to you. We do advise that you share the output of the assessment with your parents as they can often give you an alternative view and there is an option to include them in the set up process so that they can ensure you understand everything you need to do.

After your coaching session you will receive your unique report along with any discussion points from your conversation. In addition, your coach may include additional articles that will help guide you more relevant to the conversation you have had.

A Fastforward.me Assessment is £150. 

Yes, it may be that a parent or guardian purchases for you. After the purchase is made, you will be asked to complete a Personal Form where you fill in your details so that we know who the assessment or consultation is for.
